Biography
In 1967 he graduated from the Irkutsk College of Arts. In 1973 he graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute .
Member of exhibitions in the USSR, Bulgaria, Hungary, East Germany, Mongolia, Norway, Poland, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia.

- Prize of the Irkutsk Komsomol named after I. Utkin (1976).
- Lenin Komsomol Prize (1979).
- Prize of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1979).

- Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1988).
- People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2005).
