Aaron Brown ( born Aaron Brown ; born May 27, 1992 , Toronto , Ontario , Canada ) is a Canadian athlete, a short-distance runner.

Biography

Born in the capital of Canada, Toronto . He studied at the Birchmount Park Collegiate Institute until 2010, sought to get to the University of Southern California . ^[1] In 2009, Brown took part in the World Championships in Athletics among youths and won a silver medal at a distance of 100 meters, having run with a score of 10.74 with a headwind of 1.2 m / s. ^[2] In 2010, Brown suffered from many injuries. In 2010, at the World Championships in Athletics among juniors, he took third place at a distance of 200 meters, having run for 21.00, ahead of the athlete, who took fourth place by only 0.02 seconds. ^[3] In 2011, the Pan American Athletics Championship among juniors took third place at a distance of 100 meters, running for 10.39. ^[4] At the same championship, Brown took second place in the relay 4 × 100 meters. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, Brown competed at a distance of 200 meters. In the first round, having run for 20.55, he took 3rd place in the second race, having qualified for the semifinals. ^[5] In the semi-final, having run for 20.42, he took 4th place in the second semi-final, thereby not reaching the final. ^[5] At the 2013 World Athletics Championships, Brown competed at a distance of 100 meters and a relay race of 4 × 100 meters. He reached the semifinals, having run in the first round for 10.15. ^[6] He didn’t reach the final, having run for 10.15, he took 5th place in the third semi-final. ^[7] Together with the relay race he won a bronze medal. ^[8] Participated in the 2015 World Athletics Championships in Beijing . He ran in the relay 4 × 100 meters. In the 4 × 100 relay race, Canadians won bronze just like two years ago, but this time Justin Warner , Andre De Grasse and Brendan Rodney fled with Brown. ^[9]
