Alexander Ivanovich Ivanov (born 1959) is a Russian sculptor , member of the Union of Artists of Russia . He lives and works in Nizhny Tagil .

Biography

A. Ivanov was born on May 13, 1959 in Nizhny Tagil ( Sverdlovsk Region ).

Studied 1976 - 1983 at UUPI under V. I. Stekanov, V. M. Ushakov; 1986 - 1988 at the HGF NTGPI in V.N. Nasedkin and V.P. Anthony.

Worked: 1983 - 1985 - artist in the department of the chief architect of the UVZ ;

1985 - 1987 - props in Nizhny Tagil Drama Theater ;

1987 - 1994 - Head of the group of designers at the Production Aesthetics Laboratory of NTMK ;

1994 - 2000 - artist of park design and landscape sculpture for parks and public gardens of Krasnaya Polyana , Khosta , Sochi , Adler ;

2000 - 2005 - director and artist of the “Grani” creative workshop of the stone-processing enterprise LLC “Gorsov Log” ( Nizhny Tagil );

Since 2005 - freelance painter and sculptor;

2010 - 2011 taught sculpture at UUPI .
