Ivan Dmitrievich (died August 2, 1377 ) - Suzdal-Nizhny Novgorod prince , son of Dimitri Konstantinovich , Grand Duke of Nizhny Novgorod.
In 1367, together with his father, uncle Boris and brothers, pursued Bulat-Temir , in 1376 participated in a campaign on the Itil Bulgaria . In 1377, with Nizhniy Novgorod troops , I went to the River Piana against Tsarevich Arapshi (Arab Shah) who had come from the Blue Horde . The Russians, as a result of their own carelessness, were utterly defeated on August 2; Ivan, fleeing from the enemy, rushed into the river on a horse and drowned.
