Biography
From hereditary nobles. A native of Yekaterinoslav province.
He graduated from the Polotsk Cadet Corps (1890) and the Konstantinovsky Military School (1892), from where he was released as second lieutenant to the 118th Shuisky Infantry Regiment . Manufactured on assignments on July 15, 1896.
On January 26, 1897 he was transferred to the administration of the Shenkur district military commander correcting the position of clerk, and on July 4, 1898 he was transferred to the 140th Zaraisk Infantry Regiment with dismissal. He was promoted to headquarters captain on September 12, 1900. He participated in the Russo-Japanese War , for military distinctions he was awarded four orders, promoted to captain on July 12, 1905 (production was approved by the Highest Order of August 5, 1905).
He entered the First World War in the ranks of the 140th Zaraisk Infantry Regiment. Granted by St. George's Arms
