Anatoly (Anatole) V. Kabaida , a pseudonym Zhukovsky (October 13, 1921 - after 1981) - a member of the OUN , a secret supporter of T. Bulba-Borovets , a centurion (Hauptman). In 1941, on behalf of Borovets, he arrived in Kiev, enlisted in the Kiev occupation police (see Kiev Kuren ), on January 1, 1942, he held the post of secretary of the commandant of the Kiev police P. Zakhvalynsky . From July 1 - deputy commandant, from mid-July 1942 - commandant of the Kiev police. At the end of the war he worked at the headquarters of P. Shandruk .
One of the active participants in the Holocaust . So, on September 11, 1942, Kabayda expressed his official gratitude to the police officer Joseph Kirichuk, who detained a Jew out of duty. For such "diligence" Kirichuk received a reward in the form of a kilogram of fat and a kilogram of flour [1] .
After the war he lived in Australia.
