Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1927.
Worked in the farm father. In 1924-1925 - at the Komsomol work in the Altai .
In 1929-1932 - First Secretary of the Shadrinsky District Committee of the CPSU (b). From the end of 1932 he worked as head of the Organizational Department of the Talmensky District Committee of the CPSU (b) ( West Siberian Territory ).
Later he was appointed First Secretary of the Krapivinsky District Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Western Siberian Territory, Head of the Organizational Department, Secretary of the Party Board of the Party Control Commission under the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.) For the Novosibirsk Region .
From March 1941 - First Secretary of the Narym District Committee of the CPSU (b) .
In 1942 he was transferred to the post of third secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b). In 1943 - the third secretary, and from 1945 to 1947 - the second secretary of the Kemerovo Regional Committee of the CPSU (b).
In 1949 he graduated from the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b). After graduating from the school, he was sent to the Chita region.
From 1949 to August 1953, he served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Chita Regional Council of People's Deputies.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the 3rd convocation (1950).
