“Young” (the incipit “I don’t whine about fate, keeping the best in myself ...”) is Efrem Amiramov’s most famous author’s song, written in 1991 at the junction of urban romance genres (with a strong influence of gypsy romance ) and thieves song . The song was written by Amiramov fifteen minutes after the scandal with his wife. At the request of the audience, the singer performs it at least twice at each of his concerts.

In 1991, his classmates from the financial and economic faculty of the Rostov Institute of National Economy came to Efrem Amiramov in Nalchik from Rostov-on-Don . Staying with them until late, Amiramov only returned home in the morning, where his wife gave him a little scandal. Immediately after the scandal, in the kitchen, Amiramov, “looking at the ceiling” and imagining a desired woman instead of his wife, wrote the song [1] [2] in fifteen minutes: “... First the song was written:“ Oh, if you were ... “That is she’s not actually dedicated to anyone, “Young”. It is dedicated to the illusion, perhaps ... " [3] . Amiramov later divorced his wife [4] .
According to the memoirs of Efrem Amiramov, the song was quickly recorded in the studio. During her information, the director Igor Pesotsky with a cameraman called in to the studio to Amiramov from some kind of shooting and suggested making a video for her. On the same day, at about eleven o'clock in the evening, a multi-storey building was found near the studio by two volunteer girls, and they went to their apartments with a request for a photo. Part of the shooting was documentary: a woman who scolded musicians and a film crew from her balcony really scolded them. The bride and groom were from the same house and only put on their wedding dresses at the request of the film crew. The ZIL car, on which an impromptu wedding drove up to the house, stood before shooting in the same place near the entrance [1] [3] .
The role of the gambler in the video was played by Kamil Larin , the role of the alcoholic was Rostislav Khait (the video was shot two years before the advent of Quartet I ) [5] .
Later, Efrem Amiramov recalled that the clip was shot by Pesotsky for six liter bottles of Oryol vodka, one of which was paid for the rental of a repair tower, three were drunk during the shooting, and in a clip from one of the bottles Amyramov’s nephew came out of the entrance saying the phrase “Here exactly! ” [1] [3] .
The phrases “Errors!” And the answer “That's it!”, According to the memoirs of Efrem Amiramov, appeared in the song (and then in the video) during the recording in the studio, when Amiramov, dissatisfied with the arrangement, said about her: “What kind of overshoes?” and the arranger, Glory Queen, answered: “Exactly!”. When mixing, slightly reduced phrases remained in the final version and contributed to the additional popularity of the song. In concert performances of the song, Amiramov either reproduces them completely, or only “Opachki!”, Or omits both [3] .

For rotation on radio stations, Efrem Amiramov was forced to remove one verse from a too long song, but a few years later he returned it to a remix [1] .

Recognition
In 2004, Efrem Amiramov won the Chanson of the Year Award in the Chanson Legend nomination, singing one song, Young, at the award ceremony [6] .
