Bonson ( fr. Bonson ) - a commune in the south-east of France in the region of Provence - Alpes - Cote d'Azur , department Alpes-Maritimes , Nice district , canton Vance [1] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Roquesteron (Nice district).

Economy
In 2010, out of 463 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years old), 349 were economically active , 114 were inactive (an activity indicator of 75.4%, in 1999 - 73.2%). Of the 349 active able-bodied residents, 333 people worked (180 men and 153 women), 16 were considered unemployed (9 men and 7 women). Among 114 able-bodied inactive citizens, 40 were pupils or students , 38 were retired , and another 36 were inactive for other reasons [7] [8] .
