There is no information about the origin of Magna. In the years 176-179, he was at the post of prefect of Egypt . In 183, Magn held the post of consul-suffice along with Lucius Septimius Flaccus . He was executed by order of the emperor Commodus, along with many other senators of consular rank. Titus's daughter was Pactumea Magna. His freedman Pactumei Androsfen is also known.
