There is no consensus in the sources about the Menenia premeno: consular fasts and Diodorus of Sicily call Consul Titus [1] , Titus Livius - Guy [2] , Dionysius of Halicarnassus - Lucius [3] .
Menenius became consul with Publius Sestiem Kapitolin . During the execution of his consular powers, the embassy from Greece returned, studying the legislation of Athens and other policies. After this, unrest began, connected with the demands of the tribunes of the people to begin codifying the law and pleading with the plebeians to include their representatives in the decemvir college . In the end, the plebeians lost [4] .
Nothing is known about the fate of Mennia after the consulate.
