Remputmash

In 1995, by the decision of the Ministry of Railways (MPS), the bankrupt Tovarkovsky plant was purchased, and it became a branch of the Kaluga PRMP plant as a branch . Production managed to revive.

In 1997, on the instructions of the Ministry of Railways, the Kaluga Railway Repair and Mechanical Plant was transformed into the Kaluga Remputmash State Unitary Enterprise and became the head plant of the association of ten mechanical and repair plants involved in the creation and repair of railway equipment and its components.

In 2001, the Ministry of Railways purchased the bankrupt Lyudinovsky machine-building plant , which became part of the State Unitary Enterprise Kaluga Plant Remputmash. The plant was reconstructed and resumed operation.

In 2003, the State Unitary Enterprise Kaluga Plant Remputmash was transformed into a branch of the Russian Railways OJSC. In May, the branch was reorganized into a subsidiary of Russian Railways.

In 2005, the newly opened joint-stock company Kaluga Plant Remputmash was established by founding. The share of shares in the authorized capital of the company owned by Russian Railways amounted to 100% minus one share.

In 2006, the Kaluga Plant became a management company in the formed Remputmash group of companies from 9 enterprises.

In 2011, the Russian government approved the transfer of shares in 6 plants of the Remputmash group owned by Russian Railways, the parent company of RPM. As part of the transaction, Kaluga RPM Plant OJSC should receive 100% minus 1 share of Abdullinsky RPM OJSC OJSC, Vereshchaginsky RPM OJSC OJSC, Orenburg RPM Overhaul Plant OJSC, RPM Perm Car Repair Plant OJSC and Sverdlovsk Railway Track OJSC mechanical repair plant RPM ”and OJSC“ Yaroslavl Car Repair Plant RPM ” ^[2] .

In 2012, Remputmash became a holding ^[1] .

• In 2013, Kalugaputmash OJSC took 3rd place in the competition of Russian Railways for the best quality of rolling stock and complex technical systems, in the nomination Rolling Stock with the presented distributor-scheduler of ballast RPB-01 ^[3] .
