Biography

Belyaeva Nina Yuryevna was born in 1957.

In 1981, Nina Yuryevna graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University. Lomonosov specialty "Jurisprudence" (Department of Constitutional Law). In 1986, she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic “Legal support of political activity of public organizations in the USSR” at the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR . [4] In 1987, she completed an internship at UNESCO at the School of Law of the University of London (UK), and in 1991 she completed an internship at the Institute for Political Studies at Johns Hopkins University (USA). In 1992, he was a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (USA), and in 1993 he was a visiting senior fellow at the United States Institute of Peace (United States Institute of Peace). She worked as a visiting professor of political science and law at the universities of Georgetown, Colorado, Baltimore (USA), Salzburg (Austria), Cape Town (South Africa), Bologna, Turin (Italy). Expert and social activities

Belyaeva Nina Yuryevna is an expert on the legal regulation of public associations of citizens, a member of the expert panel of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights "On the Freedom of Peaceful Assembly" (2006 - present), was the initiator and leader of the working group of scientists and experts on developing the concept and text of the draft Law of the Russian Federation “On Public Associations” (adopted in 1995), was part of the working groups for the preparation and examination of draft federal laws “On Political Parties”, “On Non-Profit Organizations” ( Answered in 1995), "On charitable activities and charitable organizations" (adopted in 1995), the Moscow City Law "On charity" (adopted in 1995) and the Law of Moscow "On the social order."
