The administrative center is the village of Pody .
History
The status and boundaries of the village council are established by the Law of the Kursk Region dated October 21, 2004 No. 48-ZKO “On Municipalities of the Kursk Region” [2] .
The law of the Kursk region dated April 26, 2010 No. 26-ЗКО [3] included the settlements of the abolished Podovsky and Lugovsky village councils in the village council.
