State Prizes of the Moldavian SSR - a series of prizes established by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Moldova and the Council of Ministers of the Moldavian SSR "in order to stimulate creative and scientific work." The persons awarded the State Prize of the Moldavian SSR were awarded the title “Laureate of the State Prize of the Moldavian SSR”, a medal , diploma and certificate of the laureate were awarded .

State Prize of the Moldavian SSR in the field of literature, art and architecture
The prize in the field of literature and art was established on April 26, 1965 . Since April 12, 1976 , it was awarded for achievements in the field of architecture .
The prize was awarded for outstanding works of fiction, literary criticism, art criticism, music, visual arts, performing skills, original theatrical productions, feature films, works of architecture.
On January 1, 1984, 72 people were awarded this prize.

- Bogdesko, Ilya Trofimovich - for the series of linocuts “My Motherland”, “Song”, “Call”, for the drawing “Protest” and illustrations for the book by Ion Kryange “Pungutsa every bath” (“Wallet with two money”).

- E. Lazarev - for the music for the ballet " Anthony and Cleopatra ."

State Prize of the Moldavian SSR in the field of science and technology
The prize in the field of science and technology was established on March 29, 1971 .
The prize was awarded for scientific research that makes a major contribution to the development of domestic science, for work on the creation and implementation of the most advanced materials, machines and mechanisms in the national economy of the republic; for new high-performance processes; for the introduction of advanced production and technical experience, which is of great economic importance; for deep theoretical research on state and economic construction and Marxist-Leninist science.
