Content
History
It was formed in the first years of Soviet power as part of the Milenino volost of Fatezh district . In the years 1924-1928 as part of the Fatezh volost of the Kursk district . Since 1928, as part of the Fatezhsky district.
On June 14, 1954, the Baninsky Village Council was attached to the Mileninsky Village Council [2] .
The status and boundaries of the village council are established by the Law of the Kursk Region dated October 21, 2004 No. 48-ZKO “On Municipalities of the Kursk Region” [3] .
