Biography
In 1954, he graduated from the Batumi Naval College with a degree in hydraulic engineering, and joined the dugout as a bagmeister in Kostroma.
Since 1956, he worked as a technical instructor at the Onega Tractor Plant. From 1956 to 1961 he worked as an installer, a technician at the enterprises of Leningrad and Alexandrov. Since 1961, he again worked at the Onega Tractor Plant .
In the same year he became a correspondent of the Karelian radio.
Since 1967, Mr .. - Head of the poetry department of the magazine "North" .
Since 1972 - editor of the Karelian radio [1] .
Since 1981 - Director of the Bureau of Fiction Promotion of the Writers' Union of Karelia. Since 1989 - chief editor of the publishing house "Karelia" [2]
The poems of E. Tulin (the poem “You and Me”) are included in the collection of anthology of Russian poetry of the XX century “ Stanzas of the century ” [3] .
