Career
The season of 1992 began at the Fakel club, but in the middle of the year left the club because it did not receive the promised apartment in Voronezh. In the summer of 1992, together with Viktor Leonenko, he accepted the invitation from Dynamo (Kiev) . However, after several games, he was forced to stop entering the field due to the disqualification imposed by FIFA.
In the fall of 1992, wanting to have a constant playing practice, he moved to Rotor .
The only participant in the first 16 Russian football championships (1992-2007), consisting of the Torch , Rotor , and Ramen Saturn teams.
For a long time he was the champion of the Russian championship in the number of games held - 390.
In November 2007, Esipov announced his retirement as a football player and transferred to the position of head coach at his first club, Avangard Kursk , with whom he was able to enter the FNL following the 2009 season and was recognized as the best coach of the Center zone. He worked there until 2010. In the same year he entered the coaching staff of " Rotor ", in which he spent most of his playing career.
In February 2012 he headed the club " North ", where he worked until the end of August 2013. During this time, the North twice won the Astoria Cup. According to the results of the 2012/2013 season, the club took 9th place in the “West” zone of the second division [2] .
In June 2015, he was appointed head coach of the Tambov club [3] . With the Tambov club, he won the PFL championship of the Center zone 2015/16 for 4 rounds before the end of the championship and brought the team to the FNL.
In August 2016, he resigned from his post as head coach of the Tambov club.
In June 2017, he headed the Volgograd Rotor. This appointment was approved by the Volgograd fans with experience [4] .
