Infanta - an ancient religious custom, still preserved among the Jacobites and in Ethiopia , to offer honey and milk to those accepted as believers after baptism.
Tertullian mentions inflation (adv. Marcion. I, 14), calling it mellis et lactis societas - communication of honey and milk.
