Trukhonovichi ( Belor. Trukhanavichy ) is a village in the Dyatlovo village soviet of the Dyatlovo district of the Grodno region of the Republic of Belarus . According to the 2009 census , 69 people lived in Trukhonovichi [2] .

Content
Etymology
The name of the village is formed on behalf of Trofim (Trichim - Trukhin - Trukhon) [3] .
Geography
Trukhonovichi are located 4 km west of Dyatlovo , 136 km from Grodno , 19 km from the railway station Novoielnya [3] .
History
In 1624, they are mentioned in the structure of the Venzovets parish in the possession of Sapeg [4] .
In 1880, Trukhonovichi was a village in the Patsevsky volost of the Slonim district of the Grodno province (62 inhabitants) [3] .
According to the census of 1897, there were 36 houses in Trukhonovich, 190 people lived [3] .
In 1921–1939, the Trukhonovichi were part of the interwar Polish Republic . In September 1939, the Trukhonovichi became part of the BSSR .
In 1996, Trukhonovichi was part of the Venzovets village council and the Zarya collective farm. In the village there were 49 farms, 134 people lived [3] .
On July 13, 2007, the village was transferred from Venzovetsky to the Dyatlovo village council [5] .
