Club career

He began his career as part of the Mogilev " Dnieper ", later playing for the Bobruisk " Shinnik ". In 1996, together with the Mozyr IPCC, he became the champion of the country . He ended his career in 1999 as part of the Minsk Torpedo .

Coaching career

Since 2002, he worked as an assistant to the head coach of Minsk Lokomotiv Anatoly Yurevich . In 2004, he himself led this team and helped her win the first league . Since the summer of 2005, he worked in the Slonim Kommunalnik , and in 2006 he replenished the Gomel coaching staff. For some time he served as head coach of the Gomel club.

In December 2007, he went to work in Minsk Dynamo . At first he was the head coach of the double, and in 2009 he became an assistant to the head coach Sergei Gurenko . In May 2010, after the resignation of Gurenko, he became the head coach of the club. Together with Dynamo, he reached the playoff stage of qualifying for the Europa League 2010/11 , but Minskers were left without medals in the championship of this season .

In December 2010 he moved from Dynamo to the place of head coach of SKVICH . In 2012, he worked in the Grodno " Neman ". In March 2013, he again headed SKVICH, whose head coach remained until the fall of 2013, when he accepted the offer to enter the coaching staff of the Novopolotsk Naftan .

In May 2014, after the resignation of Alexei Merkulov, he was appointed head coach of Gomel . He managed to bring the club to the number of the first six teams after the first stage of the 2014 season championship , but in the second stage the team began to perform much worse and eventually took sixth place.

In December 2014, it became known that Golmak will remain the head coach of Gomel in the 2015 season [1] .

In January 2015 he received a coaching license of the PRO category [2] .

In the 2016 season, he worked in the coaching staff of the club " Stars-BSU ", and in January 2017 he was appointed head coach of Belshina [3] . The team was faced with the task of returning to the Premier League , but after a successful start, Belshina began to lose, and in June 2017 Golmak left the Bobruisk club [4] .

In November 2017, it became known that Golmak was appointed to the post of head coach of the South African club [5] .
