(14223) Dolby ( Latin Dolby ) - an asteroid belonging to the group of asteroids crossing the orbit of Mars . It was discovered on December 3, 1999 by the American amateur astronomer Charles Jules at the Fountain Hills Observatory and is named after John Dolby, a fellow at the University of New Mexico University [1] .
