Graskaas ( niderl. Graskaas - herbal cheese) - a variety of soft Dutch cheese made from cow's milk. This rare cheese is mainly produced by Beemster, based in the Netherlands [1] [2] . Graskaas has much in common with Meikaas, but ripens later. Graskaas is usually available for sale in early spring, unless it appeared on sale in a store in Delft on March 28, 1596. [3]
