Tirotex-Energy LLC - three Mini-CHPs ( Tiraspol cogeneration power plants ) located near the Tirotex cotton mill (and at the mill itself) and owned by it (one of the components of Sheriff holding [1] ). In 2010, in Tiraspol, on Tirotex , two cogeneration power plants ( mini-CHP ) with a capacity of 8 × 4 MW were launched [2] , as well as another one at Boiler Room No. 1 (with a capacity of about 3 MW). All three cogeneration power plants were registered as a single legal entity Tirotex-Energo, the founder of which is the Tirotex cotton mill.

Composition and activities
According to the official website, the typical Tirotex-Energo cogeneration power plant is a set of equipment that includes gas piston engines , electric generators , a heat recovery system, and a visualization, monitoring and control system for electrical and technological equipment. Possible annual production - over 250 million kWh of electric energy, over 450 thousand Gcal of thermal energy for the technological needs of enterprises and hot water supply . Consumers of the energy generated by Tirotex-Energy are more than twenty enterprises of the PMR; The main consumer is CJSC Tirotex . The number of employees is 153 people.

The project was financed through private investment: own funds of CJSC Tirotex, as well as borrowed funds of its owner CJSC Agroprombank (a controlling stake in which is owned by Sheriff LLC ).
The developer of the project “Construction of a cogeneration station with a capacity of 31 MW for the production of electric and thermal energy, and the subsequent production of electric and thermal energy” became the company OAO NPO Rassvet-Energo (Ukraine).
Major Energy
The consumer of electricity and heat generated by the cogeneration power plants of Tirotex-Energo LLC is the State Unitary Enterprise GC Dnestrenergo . However, the bulk of consumption (more than 90%) falls on corporate customers (legal entities that make up the Sheriff Transnistrian holding :
