Club career
He began his professional career at the Lahti home club. For two seasons ( 2003 and 2004 ), Pekka played in 55 matches and scored 13 goals.
In January 2004, Lagerblum joined the German Werder Bremen club and won the championship and national cup in the first season. In the summer of 2005 he was leased to Nuremberg . For “Werder Bremen” Pekka spent 14 matches.
In the summer of 2006 he moved to Cologne . Lagerblum spent 27 matches for him and scored 1 goal. In the summer of 2007, Pekka moved to Alemania . From 2007 to 2009, he played 40 matches for a club from Aachen . On June 4, 2009, Pekka signed a one-year contract with Frankfurt . During the season, Lagerblum took part in 13 matches for the club from Frankfurt am Main .
July 6, 2010 Pekka moved to Stuttgart II [1] . During the 2010/11 season Lagerblum played in 30 mats. In 2011, Pekka signed a one-year contract with RB Leipzig . For the club from Leipzig, Lagerblum played only 7 matches.
February 20, 2013 Pekka joined the Finnish club " Mariehamn " [2] .
On December 21, 2013, it was announced that Pekka would sign a three-year contract with the Norwegian club Ham-Kam [3] . On July 26, 2014, it was announced that Lagerblum would leave the club [4] .
July 17, 2014 it was announced that Lagerblum will move to the Swedish club Onge from the fourth division of Sweden [5] . In the debut match for the club against Hudiksvalla Lagerblum injured.
On January 8, 2015, Lagerblum’s transition to Lahti was announced [6] .
Team Career
The debut for the national team of Finland took place on November 16, 2003 in a friendly match against the national team of Honduras (2: 1). In total, Pekka spent 12 matches for the national team.
