Venue Selection
Argentina was selected as the host at the CONMEBOL Executive Committee meeting on March 18, 2011 at its headquarters in Luca , Paraguay . At a meeting lasting 3 hours, it was decided that Argentina would become the host of the championships of South America among youth and youth teams in 2013 [1] .
