History
The municipality was established on March 15, 2010 [1] .
Composition
The municipality includes the territory of the city of Ciudad de la Costa , with the exception of the Barra de Carrasco area (part of the Paso Carrasco municipality) and Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park.
