Biography

Usman Hadji was born in 1830 in the village of Tolstoy-Yurt (Stary-Yurt). Usman's ancestors came from the Chechen Aul. Usman-Haji studied for several years at the Melchkhinsky Madrasah under the guidance of the Arabist Chop Mullah. He continued his next studies at a religious school in the village of Engenoy . He completed his studies in 1863, after which the ascetic Upa-Haji began to search for a spiritual mentor for himself and devoted his life to the cause of religion. After a short illness in December 1894 or 1896 .

Usman Haji died, is buried in his native village of Nadterechnoye . Usman Haji bequeathed not to build any buildings over his grave. Therefore, his ziyart is only an iron fence around his grave.
