Biography
In 1952 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Leningrad Higher Naval School. S. O. Makarova. Candidate of Technical Sciences (1956). Doctor of Technical Sciences (1978).
Since 1959, Associate Professor of the Department of Ship Power Plants, then the Department of Ship Power Plants and Energy,
- 1962-1980 - Vice-Rector for Research,
- 1980-1988 - Rector of the Kaliningrad Technical Institute of the Fishing Industry and Economy.
Since 1988 - Professor of the Department of Ship Power Plants and Heat Power Engineering of the Kaliningrad Technical Institute of the Fisheries Industry and Economy / Kaliningrad State Technical University.
For several years he was the chairman of the Council of Rectors of Industrial Universities, the Chairman of the Council for the Defense of Doctoral Theses (D 307.007.02).
Awards and titles
He was awarded the Order of the Labor Red Banner (1976), Honor (2003), medals, departmental signs. Honored Worker of Science and Technology (1985).
