Story

A young couple, John and Alice Graham, come to the small town of Willow. A married couple is met by an old man Henry Eden: he and his wife advise the protagonists to leave, because in these parts every seven years there is an unusual rain at night - rain from toads. But John and Alice do not believe this and remain in the city. Alice notices that there are almost no people in the city, but why? After John and Alice settled in the city. In the evening, after the trip, they went to bed. At night, the couple hears a noise, as if something falls on the roof, They notice the toads; several toads entered the house through a window. A couple noticed that the toads are unusual: they have sharp teeth. One toad bites John; he and Alice run to the pantry. But the toads gnaw through the door ... the toads fall hundreds from the holes in the door ... the toads eat John and Alice. The next morning, the toads begin to melt. Henry and his wife are talking, “My dear was a couple. Too bad they didn't listen? People never listen to us. ”
