Quitlauac ( Spanish: Cuitláhuac ) is a municipality in Mexico , Veracruz , located in the Mountain Region. The administrative center is the city of Quitlauac . The municipality is named after Quitlauac , one of the last rulers of the Aztec state to organize resistance to the Spanish conquerors.
