Biography

He studied at the St. Petersburg Construction College . Approved in the rank of 12th class. November 28, 1843. January 8, 1844 was determined as an assistant architect in the Department of projects and estimates of the Main Directorate of Communications.

May 10, 1847 granted to college secretaries. On September 19, 1849, the acting provincial architect of the Moscow Provincial Construction and Road Commission was appointed.

On January 8, 1851 he was granted titular counselors, and on March 26, 1855, he was granted collegiate assessors. May 16, 1855 approved by the director of the Moscow Prison Committee.

March 26, 1856 granted to the Councilors. Since May 14, 1857, he was appointed head of the work in the Nikolaev Izmailovsky military almshouse .

March 23, 1860 approved by the Moscow provincial architect, on the same day he was granted college advisers

June 22, 1862 moved by the provincial architect to the city of Vladimir . On the same day, he was appointed director of the Vladimir Provincial Trustees Committee on Prisons. March 16, 1865 approved by the provincial architect of the Construction Department of the Vladimir Provincial Board.

March 3, 1866 determined by the Kharkov provincial architect. On November 23, 1867, he was appointed director of the Kharkov Provincial Trustees Committee on Prisons.

From December 2, 1867 to April 4, 1869 he was sent abroad.

On February 28, 1873, he was appointed acting Grodno Provincial Engineer, and on the same day was appointed a member of the Grodno Provincial Church Building Presence. On August 22, 1873 he was appointed director of the Grodno Provincial Trustees Committee on Prisons. On February 25, 1875, he was appointed chairman of the Special Provisional Commission for Promoting the Quickest Installation of a Water Supply System in the City of Grodno.

January 27, 1878 transferred to civil engineers. March 8, 1878 approved by the Grodno provincial engineer.

August 30, 1886 granted to active state councilors

Wife - daughter of Privy Councilor Sofya Vladimirovna Smirnova.
