Biography
- 1942 - graduated from high school number 21 named. Shirvanzade of Yerevan .
- 1942-1943 - student of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute .
- 1943-1946 - served in the ranks of the Soviet army, participated in the Great Patriotic War . [one]
- 1944 - joined the Communist Party .
- 1946-1951 - student of the Electrical Engineering Department of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.
- 1949-1951 - Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.
- 1951-1961 - worked in the Yerevan Electrotechnical Plant, since 1957 - chief engineer.
- 1961-1965 - Director of the Electric Motor Plant.
- 1965-1974 - Chairman of the Lenin District Executive Committee of Yerevan.
- 1974-1975 - First Secretary of the Lenin District Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia.
- 1975-1985 - First Secretary of the Yerevan City Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia.
- 1985-1987 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Armenian SSR .
- In 1975-1985 he was a member of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia.
- Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from 1979-1989.
