Biography
Born December 5, 1699 in Mecklenburg. [one]
He arrived in Russia in the retinue of the Duchess Ekaterina Ivanovna Mecklenburg-Schwerinskaya and entered the public service on October 12, 1722. In January 1741, he was appointed to be under Count H.A. Minich . After accession to the throne, Elizaveta Petrovna was a member of the commission of inquiry to consider the cases of Count A. I. Osterman and other state criminals.
Vice-President (1741-1764) and President (1764-1766) of the College (since 1742 - the Justits College) of Livonian and Estonian affairs (since 1763 - Livonian, Estland and Finnish affairs ). In 1764 he was a member of the commission of inquiry in the case of Lieutenant V. Ya. Mirovich .
He died on October 30, 1767 in St. Petersburg. [1] Among the awards was the Order of St. Anne (awarded February 3, 1761).
Family
Fyodor Emme was married twice: the first marriage was to Johannes Elizabeth, nee Reinstorp (1729-1753), the second to Anna Katarina, nee von Cruz (1735-1815).
His sons:
- Fedor Fedorovich (Friedrich) (1746-?) - lieutenant colonel , served in Pskov, then in Tobolsk infantry regiments.
- Ivan Fedorovich (1763-1839) - lieutenant general , hero of wars against Napoleon.
