Biography
Born in the family of the deputy of the Third Republic and Minister of Finance of France (1932) Pierre Perrault-Pradier.
He began his career in 1931 as an official in the French Senate.

- 1956-1963 - Prefect of Reunion, was sent in connection with the election of two representatives of the Communist Party to the deputies to prevent the strengthening of the positions of the Communists. To this end, he carried out a reform of the electoral system with the introduction of a proportional election system. After the adoption of a government decree on strengthening the powers of the prefects, he sent a number of high-ranking representatives of the Communist Party from Reunion. As a result of the electoral fraud scandal in a number of constituencies in 1963, he was dismissed.
