Oster is a stopping point on the Smolensk - Roslavl railway line. Located in the village of Oster, Roslavl district, Smolensk region. As of 2015, it is not used for commuter services. Earlier, peat overloading and a narrow gauge railway of the nearby Oster peat enterprise were adjacent to the station.
