Ixodes conepati

Ixodes conepati (lat.) - a species of ticks of the genus Ixodes from the family Ixodidae . North America Parasites on mammals : among the hosts, striped skunk ( Mephitis mephitis ) and porcine skunks Conepatus ( Skunk ) and others. The species was first described in 1943 by the American parasitologist Glen Milton Kohls (Glen Milton Kohls, 1905-1986) with co-authors [1] [2] [3] [4] .
