Biography

He began his career in journalism in 1978, participating in the preparations for the publication of the monthly magazine Gazzetta di Siena, a branch of the Italian Socialist Party in Siena. He participated in several local television stations, such as Antenna Radio Esse and Tvs-televideosiena [1] .

After Corriere dell'Umbria began expanding in 1986 and founded the new newspaper Corriere di Siena, he joined the editorial board of the new newspaper and became its editor in chief. After the publisher’s crisis, followed by the closure of the newspaper, he worked at the RAI . Since 2009, he has been Deputy Director of Il Corriere di Siena, re-founded as a cooperative.

In Freemasonry

He was consecrated in Siena in 1982 in the box of Montaperti. On April 5, 2014, he succeeded Gustavo Raffi as the great master of the Great East of Italy, the oldest obedience to Italian Freemasonry. In the election of the great master, he received 5315 votes [3] .
