Biography
He graduated from school in Banska Bystrica, from 1913 to 1915 he studied at a teacher training school in Turčany-Teplice. He was engaged in civic activities in various cities of Slovakia, led restaurants and canteens in Banska Bystrica from 1955 to 1957, and was the head of a distribution center in Banska Bystrica (1958-1969).
During the Second World War, a leader of the underground anti-fascist organization Victoire ( French Victoire ). An activist of the Revolutionary People’s Committee, he served in the 1st Czechoslovak partisan brigade .
In 1964 he was awarded the medal "For Outstanding Work".
