Biography
He graduated from the Saratov Law Institute in 1961. He worked in the prosecution authorities of the Lugansk and Dnepropetrovsk regions as an investigator, assistant prosecutor of the district and city, district prosecutor. From 1975 to 1985, the prosecutor of Lugansk , from 1985 to 1991 the prosecutor of Dnepropetrovsk , and from 1991 to 1995 the prosecutor of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
