Tribe is Queensrÿche's eighth studio album , released July 22, 2003. The former guitarist, Chris DeGarmo, temporarily returned to the band to record some parts of the guitar. DeGarmo was ready to go on tour in support of the album, but because of a conflict in the studio with Jeff Tate, this did not happen [4] . Following the release of the album, DeGarmo described Sanctuary Records as part of a “comeback,” but fans believe it was a PR move to boost sales.
