Sophia Solms-Laubachskaya ( German: Sophie von Solms-Laubach ; May 15, 1594 , Laubach - May 16, 1651 , Pleckau ) is a German princess, in marriage to Margrave Brandenburg-Ansbach .

Sofia is the daughter of Count Johann Georg Solms-Laubachsky (1547–1600) and Margaret Schoenburg-Glauhauskaya (1554–1606). In 1612, Sofia married the margrave of Joachim Ernst Brandenburg-Ansbach . After the death of her husband in 1625, she was appointed regent of Ansbach with his young son Friedrich , who in the year of her majority died in the battle of Nördlingen in 1634. Then Sofia served as regent for the younger son Albrecht until he reached the age of majority in 1639. As a regent of Ansbach, she was supported by Friedrich Solms-Rödelheim .

Married to Joachim Ernst Brandenburg-Ansbach, Sofia had one daughter and four sons:
- Sofia (1614–1646), married to Erdman Augustus Brandenburg-Bayreitsky
- Frederick (1616–1634), Margrave Brandenburg-Ansbach
- Albrecht (1617–1617)
- Albrecht (1620–1667), Margrave of Brandenburg-Ansbach, married to Henriette Louise of Montbelière , then to Sofia Margaret Ettingen-Ettingen , then to Christine of Baden-Durlach
