On the banks of the river are the settlements of Koto , Dzhigdasi , Kenada , Vysokogorny , Sollu , Kuznetsovsky .
By the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR of February 15, 1979 No. 97 [3], the Muli River was assigned to the number of rivers that are spawning grounds for salmon and sturgeon fish.
