Mikhail Mikhailovich Zadornov (born May 4, 1963, Moscow ) - Russian economist and statesman, chairman of the board of Otkrytie FC , Minister of Finance of Russia in 1997–1999 , deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the I-IV convocations. He was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 4th degree [1] and the Certificate of Honor of the Government of Russia. [2]

Born on May 4, 1963 in Moscow into a family of geologists, he spent his childhood with his parents in the Kamchatka Region (in 1995 he was elected deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the region).

In November 1997 - May 1999 - Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation (in the governments of V.S. Chernomyrdin , S.V. Kiriyenko , E.M. Primakova ). On May 25, 1999, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. May 28, 1999 dismissed from the post of first deputy prime minister.
