Projects
In Sevastopol :
- Hotel "Sevastopol", 1952. (Yu.A. Trautman, E.G. Stavinsky)
The building is executed in the style of the Stalinist empire . For the architectural interpretation of facades and interiors, the techniques and forms of classic architecture typical of the post-war reconstruction period were used. The facade overlooking Nakhimov Avenue is accented by a portico with a lush Corinthian colonnade. The sea facade was previously decorated at the level of the second floor with a very deep open terrace; later, when the Brigantine restaurant was being built, it was closed, leaving only a balcony with a colonnade of the Corinthian order. Facade on the street Aivazovsky diversify balconies. A deep entrance arch leads from Aivazovsky Street to the courtyard, where a small square was laid out.
- Drama Theater Lunacharsky , 1957. (Yu.A. Trautman, V.V. Pelevin )
The building looks like classic ancient Greek temples. The eight columns of the Corinthian order rest on the basement, finished with rust. The columns support a triangular pediment. The interior of the theater is also made in the classical style [4] .
