Content
Geography
It is located 17 km south of Zheleznogorsk and 2 km northwest of Mikhailovka [2] on the right bank of the Ponashevka River , a tributary of Swapa . Altitude - 166 m [3] . The nearest settlements are Mikhailovka settlement and Zolotoy settlement.
History
The settlement arose no later than the mid-1930s as a settlement under the Mikhailovsky hen mill [4] .
In 1966, by a decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR, the village of Mikhailovsky hemp plant was renamed Zelyony [5] .
In 1981, about 40 people lived in the village [6] .
