Tyrtov, Pavel Petrovich

Pavel Petrovich Tyrtov ( July 3 (15), 1836 , Tver Province - March 4 (17), 1903 ) - Russian naval commander, admiral, since 1896 - Head of the Ministry of the Sea and member of the State Council. His younger brother, Sergei Petrovich Tyrtov, is vice admiral, commander of the Black Sea Fleet.
