Chabyrhua ( Abkh. Chabyrkha ; formerly Tskhentskar Abkh. Tskhenkar ) is a village in Abkhazia , in the Ochamchyr region of the partially recognized Republic of Abkhazia , according to the administrative division of Georgia , in the Ochamchir municipality of the Abkhaz Autonomous Republic [1] , in the rural administration of Kochar . The population is 4,628 people (2003).

History
In the Duan area, on the left bank of the Khvypsy River, 300 meters from the Sukhum - Ochamchira highway and 200 meters from the old road to Guadu (50 meters east of the cemetery), archaeologists discovered a settlement of the 8th – 6th centuries. BC e [2] .
The remains of a medieval church have been preserved [3] .
