She made her debut in 1844 in Brussels as a concert performer, then performed in Paris and London. In 1851-1852 She toured extensively throughout continental Europe, sang as a guest soloist on the stages of Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Nuremberg, Freiburg, Munich, Wiesbaden, in Italy she made her debut in La Scala, Milan. In 1853-1856 the soloist of the Coburg Opera, among the main parties - Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Leonora in Fidelio , Agatha in the Free Arrow , Elizabeth in the Tannhäuser . She also performed as a concert singer; in 1856, Hector Berlioz orchestrated the song “The Phantom of the Rose” from the series “Summer Nights” for Falconi and dedicated the orchestra to the singer.
In 1856-1873 taught in Vienna, where among her students was, in particular, Wilhelmina Raab . After 1873, continuing her career as a teacher, she divided life between Paris and Strasbourg.
