Biography
In 1887 he graduated from Tallinn Petrovsky Real School, and in 1895 - from the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts.
From 1895 to 1907, he worked as a junior engineer in the construction department of the Estonian province, and also taught at the Petrovsky School, and from 1913, he was a state adviser. From 1917 to 1919 he worked in Russia, and from 1921 to 1927 he was an architect in the Department of Construction and Apartments of the Ministry of Defense.
